The Wall Street Journal has a story about a company that forced its workers to get medical checkups. If the employees refused, then they would lose their health insurance. Of course, there are substantial privacy concerns here, yet privacy is give short shrift. How exactly did the company know that its employees were not getting tests or preventive care? And a substantial question goes unanswered, what right does your employer have to dictate your medical care?
