When in effect they need protecting from the very ones proposing this. Homeland Security should be shut down. The only threat is the ones who created this, they are the real terrorists. We know who you all are and I for one and the majority of Americans say NO. The government works for us not the otherway around. We say NO to any more fascists laws being allowed on all levels.
